        I am lucky to be living 5 minutes from Amwell Group Practice. If I call first thing in the morning, I'm usually able to get a same day appointment for urgent issues. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. What prompted me to write this 5 star review, however, is Dr. Hetty. She is hands down the best GP I have met in the UK. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable across a wide spectrum of issues (just as a GP should be), and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. I was going through a tough period healthwise, and knowing she had my best interests at heart was extremely comforting. I never felt rushed during an appointment, and her follow-up was thorough and timely. I am crossing my fingers she will be at Amwell Group Practice for the foreseeable future. It's doctors like her that make me feel very grateful for the NHS.

        I've just heard the really sad and heartbreaking news that Dr Upton has sadly passed away. Such sad news and my condolences to all her friends family and patients that knew her. She was such a great doctor, one of the best
