Jess was very professional and kept to the brief and the time scale that I required to help me with my journal article submission. Jess was able to translate my "medical jargon" to put together an easily understood and interesting read for those in the legal profession. She is very approachable and accommodating and coped with my constant questions and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend her services.

There are copywriters and then there are first-class copywriters. Jess is the latter. I've hired Jess on a number of occasions for my e-commerce clients and she has delivered the highest level of work, every time. She has a real passion for the research side of things which enables her to gain a detailed understanding of a subject, and produce exactly what I need. She just gets it. I can't recommend Jess highly enough. A++++

I have worked with Jess over the last 10 years and have used her for a variety of copywriting projects including annual reports, marketing materials and press releases. As an ex-journalist Jess writes clearly and has a knack of being able to turn complicated issues into readable copy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a copywriter.
