Wellness Massage Therapy

I can't rate Rick highly enough. He is professional and his massage therapy has helped me enormously. As a Reflexologist, I suffer with shoulder and back pain, but with Rick's treatments these problems have got significantly better. I find his massage pressure spot on, firm enough to bring improvements but not so firm that is causes pain/discomfort. He is knowledgeable, punctual and tailors each treatment to meet my needs at that time. I've even recommended him to my clients (which I would only do if I were 100% happy with his service).

I've had on going back problems for a number of years and decided to look into massage instead of osteopath, especially as my usual contact had retired. I found Rick's website and read the reviews which all seemed positive so thought what did I have to lose. The answer - absolutely nothing. Rick was very quick to respond, we had an initial telephone consultation and appointment was made. I was a little apprehensive but his professionalism and gentle manner put me at ease straight away. Within minutes I knew I was in capable hands and by the end I was very relaxed. A firm massage, working on all the key problem areas and the following day I noticed a massive difference in the range of movement I had. Very highly recommended, I've already booked another appointment.
