MM - Meaningful Massage

I have been coming to Monika for regular massages over the last few years. Monika is a wonderful massage therapist. Her massages have greatly helped me through chronic pain. She gives me gentle reminders to keep moving and to be mindful of my posture. Monika is a holistic massage therapist - breath work and meditations are incorporated into the massages. Its clear that Monika genuinely cares for the well-being of her clients. I have also attended Monikaa workshops - these are beautifully held, uplifting spaces.
