Being close to 50 and not having worked out since the early 20s, I got rounded shoulders and chronic upper back pain. I knew getting a sports massage wont fix it in one go but I must say George knew exactly where my pains were and he worked at it. I have never felt better in years and the happiest thing that I got out of the first session was the mobility that I havent had since my 20s. I thought the rounded shoulder and the back pain was something that I had to live with and cope with. He also gave me a stretch to do at home. Unlike many other places that I have been to (Yes I have been to all of the kinds out there), he didnt overload my brain with a crazy stretching regime but 1 simple stretch that I should do one in the morning and 1 in the evening to loosen up the targeted muscles. Now I will be getting regular treatments so that I can be more mobile and healthy since I have a newborn coming this year. Thank you, George!

I came in with a really bad back pain after the first session George made it feel better and I instantly booked for another 10 sessions George is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond and often goes over the allotted time cant recommend enough

George is not only quite clearly very skilled with his hands and has a deep knowledge of the body, but he was so nice and friendly that his personality has a relaxing effect of its own. He even went beyond the hour to ensure that he got to the root of the problem. Never done a review before, but George is amazing at what he does and genuinely a great guy!

George is very skilled and knowledgeable. Went to him with some back pain and he made me feel as good as new after only two days from the treatment. Highly recommend his services!
