The River Spa

Such a beautiful little spa. Had a massage booked with Laura, she was such a lovely person and the whole experience was very relaxing.

I loved my whole experience at the River Spa. I had mani-pedi gel. Linda and Laura were great. I had a very relaxing time and the result was fantastic! I'm definitely going back soon for massage and facial.

Lovely spa. Laura the therapist was AMAZING! My husband booked this as a birthday treat for me and it was an absolute delight. I was throughly relaxed by the end of my session. Thanks

The owner at the river spa is not concerned about the level of service which is provided to the clients. We were booked in for 12.45, but had called to inform them that we were running 10 minutes late due to a collision on the roads. They did not inform us that our actual 1 hour massage would be cut short, up until we were in the massage bed and the therapist informed us. The massage itself was average, nothing special. Upon leaving, we paid 95 per person as were instructed and left the premises. 5 minutes later the owner called us back to say that we had paid 50 less, and the actual total of the treatment was 240 and not 190. So we visited the spa and told them our concerns but they were adamant that a full 1 hour treatment was provided, up until the therapist said it was cut 15 minutes short. They still took the money and provided the lowest level of service. Do not use this place - no concern for client customer satisfaction.
