I attended Emmas baby massage and reflexology course with my 6 weeks old baby at the time. I really loved the relaxing, cosy atmosphere with two other mums and babies. I also really enjoyed Emmas guidance and knowledge - not only she provided us practical experience of how to soothe and support our babies with common challenges like sleep, digestive system but also an opportunity to bond with our babies through touch. It helped build my confidence as a new mother and have some practical tools up my sleeves! Thanks so much Emma.

Had my first reflexology session with Emma at dPK Holistic Therapy last week, after my sister suggested it might help encourage labour to start. I had been booked in for an induction the following day, but was keen for things to start moving on their own. I went into the session slightly stressed and came out wonderfully relaxed and peaceful. My session was at 1630, and by 1315 the next day with no need for induction, I was holding my little boy in my arms. Now I can't be sure it was 100% the reflexology.. but I would defn recommend it for anyone in the same position.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Emma to our office for a day of head massages and hand reflexology for the team in the run up to some large events. Emma made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed, leaving them refreshed to continue with their days. Thank you so much and we can't wait to work with you again! :)
