Kata is an incredibly skilled massage therapist and I can't recommend her highly enough. I've had several exceptional 90 minute massages in which she's combined deep tissue and other massage techniques to address muscular pain, tension and stress. Totally therapeutic and at the same time the most relaxed I could could imagine being without actually being in a deep sleep. She's also super punctual, professional & friendly, and her treatment room clean, cosy, warm and relaxing. Very happy indeed to have such an excellent masseuse nearby.

I booked an appointment with Kata on the recommendation of a friend as I was suffering with a painful shoulder but also general stress. She took a history of my concerns and pains before treatment and I felt very at ease straight away. The massage she gave me was fantastic. Kata concentrated on my shoulder but was very mindful about any discomfort I was feeling. She gave me great advice on how to avoid future problems and I would definitely see her again. Thank you!
