        One star is even too much! HELEN is bad, bad customer service and attitude. Simply lotioned my body with oil, no massaging whatsoever. Bad massage, bad service.

        I booked an appointment 3-4 days in advance, when I got there the woman seemed really confused to see me. She did not seem to know I was coming, and said she couldn't see me because she was by herself. No attempt was made at communication, I was not told that I could not be seen at my scheduled time before hand. I wasted my time getting up there, and I could have booked in with somewhere that wasn't going to waste my time. Now I have to wait a week at least to be seen when I am in pain. Disgusting service.
