They give you a very bad massage. First, they take your money if your mouth is closed to protest, and a girl named Anna, who knows nothing about massage, only concentrates on the middle of the back and only gently massages there and not anywhere else. I am really unhappy because you are losing money for nothing

Not happy with the massage. Anna doesn't speak English so very hard to communicate with her. I asked her so many times to be firm she never listened to me. Also pointed out that she should focuse on my shoulders but she was only massaging my back and pulling my hair. So unhappy with the service I received.

Best massage parlor ever in the area! If you have back neck and shoulder problems, I would recommend you to come for a massage. The smartest and friendliest massage ever. Definitely the best massage service in North West London. Totally recommend.
