**Terrible Work Practice** - made the company aware that I was paying with a voucher, having had the massage the company continued to withdraw the money from my account. When I complained they did not offer me a refund but merely said I am to use the voucher for another massage. Horrendous practice of work. Would avoid this company at all costs!

Thank you to Jade ( owner). Such a genuine owner who arranged for an appointment on the same day. Was polite and kind and helped tell me how long I should have for my neck Extremely clean and hygienic place and lovely decor. My neck pain has improved alot since the one visit. Did not try to oversell me any more visits and infact Jade told me to come back after 1 or 2 weeks. Soooo genuine ¬ trying to rip customers off which is extremely appreciated. Another great shop in cockfosters. Thank you from the Doctor!

Absolutely the best. Lovely friendly staff, clean, relaxing environment and the lady that massaged me, Tookie I believe, was exceptional. Best I've had and can't wait to go again.

I had the most wonderful pregnancy massage with the amazing Havva. What a phenomenal experience from beginning to end!! When I made the initial call, the receptionist was lovely and immediately recommended Havva. Both she and Havva were so welcoming and warm and friendly from the moment I stepped through the door and the massage itself was HEAVENLY. After having so many aches and pains from the pregnancy and stress, Havva made me feel so rejuvenated and so cared for. Thank you so much!!! I hope to be back soon to this little oasis :-)
