Splendid crew of people who care deeply about the art and practice of Aikido in safe and supportive environment. Sessions are practical and very useful for development of personal skills and understanding body movement as it relates to self defense. Aikido also benefits the mind by teaching you to focus clearly on objectives while maintaining a sense of mental balance.

Kurai Aikido Club teaches the traditional form of Aikido and is lead by Sensei Sheppard, who is a highly experienced practitioner and excellent teacher. It is a very friendly club where all students are encouraged to achieve a high standard of proficiency
