        I have been going to TMAP since November 2019. Sensai Sam always adds a great spirit to the gym and is a very fun person to learn from at the same time. This place strikes a great balance of, intensity to push you to your optimal state, but in addition to having a real family feel to the atmosphere/culture too; and Sam is an ambassador of this. The new addition Ollie, is amazing with the beginners and compliments the current Sensais (instructors) well, with how energetic and passionate he is about seeing people succeed. Any aspiring athlete, or even for people with no prior fitness experience, and local within North West or West London; you wont a find a better kickboxing gym than TMAP.

        Amazing and friendly place to train! I have been coming for over 8 years and each session has been the same quality and fun! Learning is very structured, in a safe environment. It is also easy access by tube and bus, would definitely recommend
