We have had the pleasure of using Tony's company for the last couple of years. He created a website that we are delighted with and has been very patient and understanding whenever we needed changes either in the development stage or over time as the website has expanded. Tony has been extremely responsive to all of our queries and has been kind enough to teach us how to do various aspects on WordPress that I am sure other companies would have charged us for. I have recommended Tony to friends in the past and would not hesitate to do so again.

Absolutely appalling. We hired Hype to do our new company website. Tony pitched for the work and promised us personal account management, multiple layers of feedback and meetings to help build the site we wanted. He assured us there would be revisions of the site based on our comments until we achieved what was set out in the scope of work. The reality could not have been more different. We had an initial kick off meeting where we laid out the scope of work with our digital marketing company. Hype then disappeared and created a test site. This contained multiple errors, pages not working, poorly laid out content and TERRIBLE design. When challenged, Hype and Tony refused to speak to us, removed the site, held it hostage and demanded their fee was paid in full, whilst at the same time insisting they had finished the job. As the client we were not allowed to give ONE SINGLE piece of feedback on the website. Not one question was asked of us beyond that first meeting as to what we thought of the site, the design or the functionality. Not one change was made to the original first draft, which I repeat was full or errors and pages not working and thats before even getting to design feedback. In order to salvage something from our sizeable investment of several thousand pounds we were forced to pay Hype in full to release a TOTALLY unsatisfactory and frankly shoddy and appalling website. Our digital marketing company then had to find us a new web developer to come in and pick up the pieces at further cost to us. Buyer beware. Avoid this company like the plague.

Cobalt has been using hype london for over 5 years and in that time they have created a lot of websites for us and our customers. We have always found them very approachable and friendly to deal with. Working to a wide range of budgets, Tony and his team over deliver and are always available in the following months and years for updates to the sites. Hype have always been happy to offer free advice when costing and talking through a project way before we even win the work to send to them. They have been an invaluable resource for our business.

Supportive, dedicated and professional. I worked with Tony for over five years and the service Hype provided was outstanding. They were professional at all levels and true experts, but accessible in the way you would want a specialist to explain things to you in simple terms. I worked with Tony and his team through several website builds and redesigns which became more complex as the business progressed. Hype would be my first choice in terms of website development. Really cant rate them high enough. Truly.

Having dealt with many website companies in the past that over promised and under delivered it has been a revelation to work with Hype as they couldn't do more to ensure our website build and maintenance goes smoothly. Tony goes above and beyond to bring a personal service and ensure that work is dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. He has worked with us on several complicated projects and builds and always does so professionally and with good humour. We are continuing to work with Hype on several more projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.
