I've been with Motif since 2019 and have always found it a kind, honest, cool company that genuinely feels like family. There's a big emphasis on support and inclusiveness for all members of the business, especially in current times. And in terms of the work we do, so much insight and creativity goes into the loyalty-driven research we're giving to our clients. Definitely a place for anyone who loves working with a fun team and has a passion for in-depth research with its own special unique flavour.

I have worked here since a student in 2011. Working as a telephone interviewer and then a supervisor gave me great flexibility in work to fit my busy lifestyle. After graduating, opportunities were available in the head office in London allowing me to progress within the business. Nearly 10 years later I continue to work here and enjoy what I do. My colleagues are friendly and the business has supported me throughout my time here.
