My husband worked for this company. He worked for a good few months, then they stopped a survey so he could not book any shifts. Then they terminated his contract without informing him, they changed his password so he could no longer book any shifts. He emailed over for a new password and no response. Then he emailed a few days after and they told him they terminated his contract because he did not meet his 90 hours in three months. Disgraceful, they can terminate peoples contract without even informing them, just changing their passwords. Then when my husband informed them that he was not made aware, they suddenly sent out his p45 saying they terminated it on the 13th of September. Extremely bad and unprofessional. Would not recommend. You do not get paid for your assessment day if you do not pass the 90 hours, if you do not meet the 90 hours in a set months they just terminate your contract without informing you.
