We've received only what can be best described as a top class A1+ service from Between Glass Blinds... From my initial pricing enquiry through to the complete installation these people have been absolutely superb for us, with many calls and emails keeping us informed all the way along... Yes, we've experienced a few minor teething / installation problems but the communication throughout again has been spot on, and they have resolved all issues raised with no quibble at all. We are very happy with our window blinds it is exactly the end product we wanted. From our experience, we would certainly recommend Between Glass Blinds. Thank you to the whole team A+ [UPDATE: NOV 2021] previously 5 star review, now dropped to 3 stars. Some of our windows have now been replaced THREE times as the bottom metal strip keeps on bowing / dropping out, currently waiting to see how long the existing windows last... Patience starting to wear a little thin, but hopefully this time we'll be ok?! [UPDATE: FEB 2023] Previously a 5 star review which was reduced above to three stars. Unfortunately today I feel there is no other option currently available to me, but to reduce my rating of BGB down to 1 Star as my bathroom windows have blown , yet Between Glass Blinds appear to be ignoring my email and tweet ?! Hopefully I will get this resolved soon ?

Terry was extremely helpful with my order. From start to finish I was given regular updates and he always picked up the phone when I had questions and queries. Efficient, professional and highly recommended.

The blinds stick and dont operate smoothly in the bifold doors. This is the second set, the first set of blinds were operated by a cord and started slipping and jamming within the glass. The new set is magnetic and very stiff to operate and were like that from installation. Due to the stiffness of the operation most of the magnetic slides are broken. The installation was done by Imperial Glazing Solutions in Ilford Been contacted by BgB they are trying to help now so increased the rating Had no joy from imperial Glazing or BgB Scrapping the blinds and have new ones installed by bcbuk

We had our blinds installed in 2019, they are brilliant on the whole. When we have had a few snags with the magnetic sliders (sliding off), Adam at Between Glass has been amazing. Quick to come and assess the situation and serviced them on the spot. Brilliant customer service, thanks Adam!

Very pleased with the blinds in our bi-fold doors, they look great and offer either complete privacy or just some shade depending on what we require. Excellent customer service when we had a slight problem with one of the tracks, fixed efficiently and quickly. Would recommend.
