        Absolutely useless Their website says open from 9.30 .. have been ringing for 2hrs n keep getting message saying no one at extension 1 please leave a message or press sign ... then it goes on to say ... message box full unable to take anymore messages.... completely and utterly unprofessional and so bloody frustrating .. give them a wide berth in my opinion if this is how they deal with customers

        Nanz are a fantastic company with an absolutely beautiful range of products. When I called the showroom on the 7th of October 2019, I found the gentleman who answered the phone to be not only attentive but also extremely knowledgeable and obliging. Would totally recommend giving them a call, especially if you are looking for high end ironmongery.
