Multiple issues with the sale, delivery and product. When I contacted customer services, most of the issues were ignored and I just received a copy and pasted response to the quality of their products, despite receiving dirty, damaged and faulty products.
Customer service team are non apologetic and argumentative. Terrible experience all round.
Ive shared my experience with other parents in my online community in a hope it saves them the bother. Not worth the stress, especially when expecting.

We ordered an entire bedroom set of furniture. It arrived on a pallet but had no warning! Apparently it was the couriers fault (TuttiBambini dont take blame well or at all in fact!) they dont need to tell us its dispatched although the contract we have is with them and not the courier. What was a pregnant wife, not expecting a delivery, let alone one on a pallet to the curb side, in the rain supposed to do? Thankfully the courier saw the distress and upset and lugged the (heavy) boxes to the garage. No apology just blame the courier. Shame on you!
All packaged really well (so no damage in transit) and boxes not ripped. Door fronts had paint bobbles, horrible black glue residue, marks and imperfections in some places. Far from what we expected.
We bought at the baby show and it had a protector along the side rails which we assumed was just to protect the goods from damage at the show but the sales woman explained they were teething rails and showed us the same on their other products. Great idea we said, included we asked, yes I can arrange that for you. Great! Apparently none of that happened, we didnt see the rail guards and they dont exist so when we asked for them they couldnt supply. Then sent us a picture of what we saw but form a different show! So we lied. Sorry about that! I mean why would we lie, if they dont exist dont promise them, we didnt make up what we saw.
Customer service is rubbish. If someone is off then they cant resolve it. Not my problem. Take ages to reply. Then offer compensation but retract it. We suggested a donation to Tommys for full disclosure as we just wanted the goods we paid for in an acceptable condition. But they would not be compensating us - although they previously offered! Tommys being close to our hearts should have meant something to them but it didnt.
The final BIG failing is with the cot. When I build the cot (it isnt hard, two ends and two sides!) I noticed that when I instituted the holders and put the base in place it was sloping but it also seemed to fall through quite easily. This made me question my assembly but it was all fine, I couldnt go wrong. When I checked with my wife she said that cant be right. We questioned Tutti and they told us to refer to assembly instructions! Helpful, not. Then eventually I think they agreed it was faulty and offered me 60 if I drilled new holes myself. Drill new holes myself?! Why would I spend all that money and then drill holes in it for it to be safe. I am not sure it is safe and wonder how many people havent noticed or had issues. When I challenged them they said no compensation which we wanted to be paid to Tommys and that they wouldnt be doing any more. But then a couple of new parts arrived which we havent checked yet. Still concerning and disappointing.
Of course, so disappointed I would give no stars despite the products otherwise being good quality and well made for the price but not worth it given the hassle
If it goes wrong or with the fault.
