    Mixed review. Item looked good and worked well initially. Now the light has failed and to their credit they have agreed to replace it for a new one after just over 12 months which is good. Where my issue lies is that they expect me as the customer with their faulty product to pay to return it to them. If i had just simply changed my mind then fair enough but the item is defective (as checked by an electrician) and they still expect me to pay. I think this is terrible customer service and is effectively increasing the cost of the light as a result and one of the reasons for buying the light initially was cost and the look. They have been given the chance to do the right thing and refund the cost but have chosen to stick to the "item is over 30 days old so it has to be returned at customers cost" line. Maybe they will still decide to rethink this and turn this review around?????

    The uplighter lamp was totally rubbish..first they provided a faulty bulb with it then about 6 times of use of the lamp later it totally broke! Keep away from this place and any products they sell.

    Avoid this company, no wonder so many bad reviews, bought out door lights were faulty, sent it back and now it's been four weeks and still no refund making lots of excuses each time I ring them such as the system is down.

    This company needs investigating as they seem to be in breach of the consumer law. I ordered a lamp on ebay and noticed it only had a cold light bulb which I did not want so I cancelled the order within mins. The order still went through ignoring my cancellation. I then cancelled again with an email and was ignored again.Ebay were as useful as a chocolate fireguard.What is the point of using ebay if it does not look after its customers? Taken my card away from ebay
