Hill Mathieson

I am extremely happy with Hill Mathieson most especially with Abu he is a man off his word. They took over the entire refurbishment of my flat and all the work as specified to be carry out was done perfectly with no hips up. I have a very good relationship with Abu because he is approachable and respectful. I will definitely, use Hill Mathieson again and l recommend them.

We used Hill Mathieson to manage our claim after our flat had become uninhabitable after a Fire in the Communal building. It was so confusing having to deal with so many different people and organisations from the block management company, insurers, the loss adjusters and building maintenance company. Hill Mathieson simplified the whole process and made sure they dealt with the insurers directly and were able to communicate with them immediately from the outset. We had delays in getting responses from the management company and loss adjusters but they dealt with all of that continuously calling and chasing on my behalf we really didnt have to do anything at all. They sent their Surveyor who assessed the damage, compiled a detailed report with costs which were then approved by the insurers. They settled the claim (eventually!) and in the meantime Hill Mathieson were able to get a contractor to have all the works completed. Id highly recommend their services to anyone having to make a household insurance claim especially if you own a flat. Youll save so much time and stress!

I was using a managing agent to look after my property but when a leak happened from the flat above - the agent was unable to deal the damage or my insurers saying that their service didn't include managing my claim. I contact Hill Mathieson after being recommended by a work colleague. They explained everything really clearly how they would manage my claim and what exactly their service is which also include project managing the restoration works to my property. Everything went so smoothly - I had to do very little. They dealt with my tenants (who were very happy), the insurance company and their loss adjuster. They organised the builders to do the works. They took away all my headache at a time when I was unable to leave my house to deal with these sort of things.
