        Didnt even attempt to deliver, had packages lost/stolen in the past. Dont call or message if they cant get access. Avoid at all costs if possible.

        Never thought I'd find a more incompetent and negligent service than Hermes yet here we are! Fabulous. The entire system was purposefully built to be difficult to navigate and get any assistance. Just utter and complete garbage. Drivers that don't deliver and don't leave a note. Customer services representatives that are utterly useless. An overall garbage establishment that should be shut down.

        Worst delivery company ever. Driver doesn't call to check the address and no update on when the next delivery will take place, full of lies and excuses. Customer service is equally worst. You shouldn't exist as a logistics company.
