Totally incompetent as a UPS collection point. My two experiences so far have been 1. Waiting for 20 minutes before they confirmed they'd lost my parcel 2. Being asked over whatsapp to urgently collect my parcel, arriving 45 minutes later at 16.00 to find the shop closed. For context, I could see the staff member who'd texting me in the staff room, ignoring my knocking on the door and then window. I called him, and was told he was taking his lunchbreak so I should return tomorrow...! I would honestly rather my parcels be sent back to their vendors than delivered to this shop. UPS have made a mistake using them.

I came pick up my UPS and a bit unrecognisable from outside cause its also a barber shop. Yet the staff was friendly.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Waiting forty five minutes, in opening hours, for a parcel pickup. Rang the business about 15 times with no answer and have now missed the opportunity to use the menus contained within the parcel. Horrendous service.

Paid 4,000 for a half container to Lagos. 5-6 months later my goods were delivered in four different deliveries with 3000 or goods lost in transit, in addition to many items of a personal value that cannot be replaced. When I went to check with their delivery partners in Lagos, KJ Logistics as to why my delivery had still not made it to the agreed address I found some of my load left outdoors in their compound in Ajao Estate. When my goods finally did arrive they were accompanied by someone's wheelchair and other medical items that had nothing to do with me. Incompetence from start to finish.
