        I needed a new door entry system for my elderly mum and we chose to go with Lochtech. Really professional and courteous service from start to finish. The engineer Lee was absolutely 5*. Clean, quick and efficient. Nothing more you could want. Didnt get lots of quotes just had a punt on this company and really pleased we did. Local company, local guys and dont rip you off. You might get cheaper if you look, but for me its all about the service you receive and Lochtech/Lee were brilliant.

        Spoke with Debbie regarding my current system which I purchased from another company which I was not happy with but she said she can arrange a engineer to have look at. Debbie's knowledge on various products was excellent and made me feel at ease in terms what I was looking for. I decided to go with Locktec and have a new system in place, there was no sales pressure but assured me of a good professional service which was imperative for me. Day of the installation, James arrived promptly, answered all my questions, tested everything and showed me how to use the app and the new alarm system. Both James and Debbie came across very professional and friendly.
