What a terrible service!! Slap-dash, not listening. Charged 65 for a wooden sole with no sole protector!! When asked, he said thatll be 25. You live and you learn. Trust me, do not use, total waste of 3 weeks and money!

The gentleman who served me today, sadly didn't catch his name but he had a shaved head and glasses, he couldn't have been kinder. I'd got myself into a bit of a mess with keys that needed to be cut and he helped me out. A little kindness goes a long way, it was hugely appreciated. Thanks again.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are timewasters Yesterday I rang this shop enquiring a car Key cutting (I said I'd be providing the blank new key) and I was told it could be done, so I arrived at the shop at 1740 (closing hours is 18h) finding that the shop was closing early. The person at the shop confirmed they could do it for 10 but he was now closed, so he asked me to come back the following day. Today I took my full lunch to get to the shop and found a different person. This person (called himself Adriano) now said to us the job could not be done! he said they do not cut keys unless they provide the blank key too I have now wasted two full lunches with trips and calls for nothing. This is so disrespectful, this person didn't offer us any options, nor he accepted to contact the person who was at the shop yesterday and confirmed to us they would do it. He simply said he would not do this and turned his back on us giving no options. Appalling customer service
