        Ordered 3 sets of keys for a specialised locks with codes. All worked with no problems.

        First key wasn't cut correctly so had to send it back. Tried sending photos of the original key along with my order but every email I used bounced back to me. I had to call the customer services number and got a very helpful guy called Ryan who sorted out a replacement key for me. I received an email a few days later on the 9th September saying that I would have the delivery cost refunded as they weren't able to send out the second key in the time they had stated. I'm still waiting on the refund (it's now the 20th October) and once again every email I have sent has bounced back and the contact form on their website doesn't work either. Will absolutely not be using this service again in the future - a real nuisance and waste of time all round.

        Good service but not happy that a spare key can be cut elseware without the code which I believed was nesessary.
