        Customer service is poor especially when with dealing Robert he is very rude and arrogant always under values my property and iv just went and picked up my 18ct ring didnt have no issues before putting in and received it back with a dented shank will be sticking to the dartford store as all the girls in dartford are professional and very outgoing this Orpington store need to retrain there staff in how to deal with customers really dont appreciate being spoken to in that manner and to receive my property back damaged is not a good reflection off the company
