This place deserve NO stars at all. We bought a car from them in January (our bad, withreading the reviews) and we have problems with this car. On the sale day, they promised 3 months of warranty, but yesterday they said is only one month of warranty, due to the mileages. In the end they agree with 3 months of warranty. So, they haven't checked the car as they should (computer diagnose) and they said the car doesn't have any faults. When I asked "where is the mechanic?" They responded "the mechanic is coming only when we are calling him", so, I said do it, and in that moment they started to be very rude with me and to use bad words. So people, DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM!!! This case is going to be taken legal.

What a disgraceful excuse of a car dealer, Organise to view a car on the Saturday gave they guy a time I would be arriving witch he didn't understand. I arrives at a car wash place where he keeps some of his car, to find the car covered in moss. Waited an hour for the guy to turn up but never did, to top it off he had turned Ed his phones off so couldn't contact him. With further inspection to the car , I found damage to an arch that had been covered up by what looked like tippex. There was also damage to the front bumper. What a wast of time to say I didn't not get it

Worst ever encounter with a salesman. Called the day before to view a bmw 1 series, he said come whenever. Got there the next day, the car seemed to be in good condition which i was happy about. i then asked if it would be possible to test drive, he then went onto say '"are you going to buy the car?", which i responded not without a test drive no, for a 15k car, theres no chance i would be going into a car blindly without test driving. he then proceeded to say "okay test drive it", with no trade plates which is completely illegal as the car is untaxed, which i explained this to him, for someone who "CLAIMS" to have been in business over 9 years, this is the bare minimum to know. Which he responds "the car is insured i am insured, so you are too" which made absolutely no sense. i then said i'm not test driving the car unless you put trade plates on the car, he claimed "there is no trade plates in the shop" and then had the cheek to ask me if i knew what trade plates were for. At that point, completely infuriated, gave him the keys and left. Clearly he had an agenda for not letting me test drive which is absurd, and wanted me to ILLEGALLY drive the car as if he didn't know what was wrong with that. Shocking Experience.
