Product stops working after about four months similar to another review on here and yet I am supposed to foot the cost of the return and send mine back to then wait for a replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. Rang them on the phone and got a much more sensible response

Awful service. 2 out of the 6 lights we bought have broken. One in warranty and one out of warranty. No support offered at all. Just told nothing we can do. Avoid using at all costs.

I bought 3 outdoor lights. It stated on the website that the lights should be fitted by a qualified electrician. My electrician wasn't available until after the 30 day return window. Due to the way these lights need to be wired he wasn't able to fit them on our outside wall. Auraglow were totally unhelpful and would not allow me to exchange them even though the 3 lights are in perfect condition in their original boxes. They are a very awkward fit and don't work with a conduit. I didn't expect a refund. I would not recommend this company if you need to deal with their customer services department.
