I was really unsure about coaching - it felt a bit indulgent and ridiculous. But I was struggling to get my head on straight when trying to launch my own business, and so I went for it. SO HAPPY I DID. Monica worked with me to develop concrete strategies, but also offered lots of useful counselling, some moments of hardcore therapy, plenty of coping techniques, and a few lessons in neuroscience. So different from what I expected, and I've come out the other end after three months with a much clearer understanding of how my mind is working (and why), what my game plan is, and how to be better at managing time and boundaries in my working relationships. I plan to return for more coaching as I move through the next few years of my career.

Monica's Mental Fitness for Mindset Mastery group programme has been amazing and life changing for me. I joined hoping it would help me become more organised, efficient and less anxious. By the end of the programme I have achieved my goals and beyond. The group has been fantastic and the weekly zoom meetings full of insight, support and understanding. It felt as an intimate and safe space. I love the concept of training the mind like a muscle and its application to everyday life. Monica is a fantastic coach, the final 121 coaching session was pure Gold. I honestly think that literally everyone should join this programme, the World would be a better place!

I got the chance to work with Monica on a programme for Mental Fitness and Mindset Mastery. Im so glad I did. She brought a small group (called a pod) of five of us together and was on hand as we went through the programme. At the end of each week she hosted a group catchup and helped us make sense of our progress and learnings. I signed up because I wanted to improve my composure under pressure and develop a weekly practice that could support and sustain my busy life balancing corporate work with a busy social schedule. Intriguingly, I found I also developed much more compassion for others when they were under pressure too! There were some challenging parts as I became more aware of and faced my own internal saboteurs and at times it wasnt always easy. When that happened, Monica approached my emotional state with grace, kindness and empathy but also gave me the insight to move through those feelings, without being so hard on myself that it undid all my hard work. Indeed, I found I made much more progress than I was initially giving myself credit for, and Monicas help was instrumental in making that happen. At the end of the seven weeks I also had a coaching session with Monica where I set some simple, reachable goals that would allow me to take the next step in my development. She innately understood that my avoider saboteur was a big challenge for me, and the impact that simply taking one or two small steps could have on my confidence. She encouraged without being pushy, and I felt supported without feeling pressured. Most importantly, she got to the heart of the issue, using the programme's learnings to give a shared language for the challenges we all face universally. I learned a ton in my seven weeks on the programme and would recommend the insight, accountability and kindness Monica brings to anyone looking to take a leap forward in their self-command, personal awareness and general life goals.

I was part of Monicas first cohort for Mental Fitness for Mindset Mastery. This is a group coaching programme which introduced us to a coaching framework which can help with all aspects of life. It uses an app, videos, a book and a weekly group coaching session with a small intimate group (there were 5 of us). I signed up to the programme to address my work-life balance and to help with some of the stress I experience in my daily life. It has helped me with both of these challenges and so much more. I feel like my whole outlook on life and my mindset have been positively impacted upon by the programme. It has given me insight and resources to make me happier and less anxious. Monicas supportive and positive style of coaching was truly inspirational. She was able to facilitate the group and at the same time pay attention to individuals needs. The 1:1 coaching session with her was a really helpful way to conclude the programme and move forward with the techniques we had learnt. I would recommend this programme to anyone looking to make positive changes to their life or simply looking for a fresh outlook.

I took part in Monica's Mental Fitness for Mindset Mastery program, and was very privileged to be part of Cohort One with a small group of amazing people. As it was an intimate group of 5 people we were able to really connect and share this wonderful journey together. I joined the program as I had been stuck in a lack of consistency, both in my health routine and in business, plus I wanted to deepen my connection with others. What I left with was so much more. My relationships with others grew stronger, as did the relationship with myself, I feel more at ease in challenging situations both in my business and personal life, I am recognising my own needs and desires and making the changes to fulfil them, difficult conversations have become much easier, I have fallen in love with running and feel much more in control of my health whilst navigating a business launch and new career. I feel happier, healthier, and stronger, both mentally, physically, and emotionally. I was worried at first that I wouldn't make time to show up fully in the program and get the most of it. But there was a clear expertise in how the program was run that made it really easy to commit to and it actually made me feel like I was getting more done in less time, without any of the usual stress! The 1:1 coaching session helped me get over something in my business that I had been massively stuck on for months, and I went from feeling stuck to feeling excited to take action with a clear action plan! Mon is frickin amazing! This program elevated so much for me and I am so grateful! I would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to get more out of their life and career or business!!
