        I travelled to the library by bus and found it unexpectely closed. Looked liked there was an event going on elsewhere in the building so I want to know why it wasn't mentioned on the Barnet Libraries website earlier? Its no good when its too late. So I wasted 3.30 on needless bus fares. Pity customers are treated like this.

        This library is a disgrace that seems to think its ok to be closed at random but states its open on their landing page. Meaning you will make your journey, only to get there and see a note pinned to the door. Last month it was a full week and I specifically ask if they would update their page accordingly as closed. Saturday 13th August. Get there only to find a note on door. . Again. Yes . Its simply jobsworths and needs closing down.
