Unfortunately, they charge you 45 for a membership even when their facilities (such as sauna or steam or pool) are out of use for weeks, they send no notifications either to inform customers about disruptions. The entrance gate does not work so you are constantly charged extra fees as it reads as a no show in the system, the customer service at reception is very poor, not from all of the staff, but some of the staff, a lady in particular speaks to customers in a condescending and unprofessional almost bullying like way. Issues do not get solved, you will have to go and talk to them several times, yet they are quick to charge you money. At present, on top of my 45 they are asking me for 24 + 8 to book a class. These charges are extortionist. I have now written a formal complaint letter, and unfortunately I will be forced to cancel my membership ( not that they care) if this matter is not solved. Very disappointing experience.

In the sauna, women are shouting and speak loudly, because they use the sauna very offen. If you want to stay relaxing and in quiet visit an other place.

1 star is far too generous!!! Avoid this place as all costs!!! Its literally a 1 min walk for my house! As its so convenient I really tried to give it a chance. Ill be cancelling my membership today. They charge you 35pm to use the sauna and steam. It was recently closed for about 3 months, and with no communication for staff about when it will open again. Its been open again for a few weeks andits broken again. Even when it is open they close it for 2 hours every day for cleaning and the place is still absolutely disgusting, as are the changing rooms. I used to come to this place as a kid and it was fine. Its shows what happens when a company who doesnt care takes over.
