One of the worst experience I have had, an unprofessional firm who have no idea what they are doing! Their colleagues Zoe and Bahar have no decency to call back and give updates. I have an ongoing matter since February 2022 which has still not been resolved, when I call them they never connect me with people who are dealing with the case, when I email them they don't even reply back. This firm is quick in taking money but do not do anything what you pay them for. I shall be speaking to Ombudsman to make sure I get paid back what I paid them and a serious action should be taken against this firm !

Tried to contact this company in regards to tenant eviction. Spoke to someone called Ali in the first instance. Tried calling him several times and doesnt return calls. The one time i did manage to get hold of him he was busy so said he couldn't talk but would call back. I wouldn't bother giving your business to this company, they are not responsive to new business enquiries so imagine if you have already paid them for services. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Update: Just had this reply on email, as you can see very professional. Dear Akesh, You are very arrogant and entitled. Since when were you our customer/client? You should not expect everything free in life. Why would you expect me to spend 30 minutes speaking to you answering all of your questions. I would not take any instructions from you, however you are most likely to go to another company which is part of Regency Law, so good luck. Kind Regard Ali
