Boulter and Company Solicitors

Unfortunately I was recommended this company by a friend when I purchased my property a year ago. They ignored my emails and required constant chasing. They also charged me larger fees than my friend who was purchasing a much larger flat in the same region of London for double the price - so not sure why I was paying more. They then kept 1.4K of my money as a retainer to work out what balance was owed on completion. After 5 months of chasing for this to be resolved, the amount I ended up owing was 33. To note the friend that recommend was in a couple with a man involved - I am a single woman. So maybe if youre in a couple - you might have better luck/a cheaper fee.

I used Boulter and Co for the purchase of our flat, it was quite complex case as we had to complete in 4 week. Ayse was great, she worked extremely hard and we completed before the deadline. Having brought and sold many properties in the past, and used various different lawyers, this has to be one of the best, smoothest transactions I have ever done. Ayse was wonderful from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the process, informed and advised me on legal matters that would be of concern. The seller even commented on how professional Ayse at Boulter was. I cannot thank Boulter enough and would highly recommend them. Top service, and extremely value for money.
