Simply outstanding service..! Rajan and his team (Sam and Arousa) worked hard to ensure my property sale was completed in a timely manner. Every query I had was dealt with swiftly, and with professionalism. My emails and phone calls were always answered. As the sale progressed Templeman's quickly secured my position, this prevented the buyer's Solicitors further time wasting. In my opinion, they are very reasonably priced for the professional service they offer, and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Whatever you want to do avoid this firm, you are better off anywhere els or with anyone els. The only time I could speak to the solicitor was when I wanted to discuss the quote or the fee, after that never passed the receptionist and was always busy to call or come back to me. Then, It took much longer to finish the case for completion, which got me in to paying a penalty 300 for every day delayed, even the initial quote for their fee that they promised it will not go higher was tripled and was a big lie. Very disappointed.

We were advised to use GJ Templeman as our conveyancer and Im so pleased we did. They handled a difficult house move incredibly well. There was always someone on the end of the phone to explain things to us and more importantly hurry things along with others in the chain. Sam was fantastic throughout and I cant thank them enough for helping us move to our dream home. Highly recommended.
