        Fraudulent firm: They attempted to push through a quick sale of a client of theirs under the threat of withdrawal. When my solicitor went through the contract of sale they uncovered that "Seller on the contract and is the registered proprietor but there is a lease registered against the title in favour of this person and S********* Patel which is where the value lies" They were attempting to defraud me into transferring the money on a property that I wouldn't subsequently own. We didn't hear from the firm once we uncovered the fraud.
