        Although we decided not to proceed with the property auction for which we asked Syndy Ibishi to provide a quote for the necessary legal pack, we were really impressed with her response which explained, in simple terms, the process, which solicitors' fees the buyer normally normally pays for, which fees we would be liable for if the property failed to sell and that the legal pack could be re-used. As a result, we will be contacting Syndy if we need the services of a conveyancing solicitor in the future.
