Louise (& colleagues) made the process of buying & selling our homes totally fuss-free. We never actually met! - but she was readily accessible throughout the whole process. Common sense at all times - with none of the puffed-up self-importance weve seen from some others in the past. She was also understanding & sympathetic about an unexpected personal issue which cropped up & delayed us a little during the process. We can certainly recommend!

As a first time buyer I used Elizabeth as my conveyancer. She was professional, thorough and easy to get in contact with. We did the whole thing by email and she would respond very quickly to any of my questions, 100% would recommend!
