Absolutely the best service, reasonably priced and most importantly the help and support has been up and beyond expectations. Kishan Patel at GPT Law firm took the time to understand my case with a jointly owned property and gave us the best possible advise. I had discussed my case with 3 other law firms and every one of them only gave me the most expensive option, insisting that I needed a probate and told me nothing else was possible. However Kishan found solutions which helped to expedite my case without a probate saving me thoudands in cost and helped me get over the predicament I was in. All be it with perfect timing of the outcome. What I like most about Kishan Patel and GPT Law is that they are honest about what they can achieve, give realistic timescalesso as to maintain transparancy and they explore all the options regardless of how busy they are. I was purchasing a property and the seller instructed Ashwin Patel from GPT Law practice. My solicitor was also london based, so the process had a few delays but was expected due to the end of covid in site and many businesses were starting to work back from the offices including local authorities etc. The property i was purchasing had a few challenges and which in my experience required specialist Solicitors for complex leases and freeholds etc, also I have many years experience as an estate agent, so i know the process well. I spoke with Ashwin on a number of occasions and I found him to be very professional and helpful, I also spoke with the reception team who were again very professional. Overall Ashwin and my solicitor sealed the deal and completed my purchase. It's worth noting, I'm quite a distance from London, so communication was important on this transaction.I would like to thank Ashwin Patel personally and I highly recommend GPT Law Practice in London as they are one of the best law firms in the country. *** AVOID *** | Kantilal A Patel is acting on behalf of our vendor, sale agreed Monday 25th July 2022, we have not received one line of communication some 12 weeks on! Never answers telephone calls, receptionist always on Voicemail, colleagues have also tried to reach out to him and no success! Weve sent in excess of 10 emails all which have been received and read by Kantilal A Patel but not one reply however hard we try to appeal for his attention. The current buyer is in complete despair including the buyers solicitor who also hasnt received any communication. Im not keen on writing detrimental reviews on any business without having the opportunity to discuss and resolve but in this case it has been impossible!
