Best team, quality services. Definitely recommend Mike Sharma, he has done in a very short time what others have done in a few months. We had a few questions regarding the property we bought, and he knew exactly where the answer was in the paperwork. Very professional, polite, experienced, great communication, replies quickly and MEETS DEADLINES. I would like to share my sincere gratitude to Mike Sharma and Moerans for dealing with our house purchase. Mike was so incredibly professional in dealing with our case that he immediately gained our trust and it was always a pleasure when communicating with him (phone or emails). We had a small complication from our mortgage provider just before we complete and if it wasnt for Mike and Steven Luxs competence we could have lost significant some of money but thanks to them and their advice and handling of our situation we had a happy completion. If there is a rule book of how difficult issues should be handled, in what could be a very stressful time, Im sure it would say exactly what Mike and Steven did to help us. We really appreciated Mikes responsiveness, his reassurances and always keeping us informed, and most certainly going out of his way to help us. On the completion day he even stayed beyond his working hours just to make sure we get the keys to our house and we didnt go into the next day.
