I am near the end of a sad, painful and prolonged divorce process that was sprung on me as soon as the no fault divorce law was passed in England April 2022. I recently instructed Grainne Fahy and Yasmin Khan-Gunns to help me gain more meaningful time with my almost 3 year old son. I spoke with a number of solicitors and family lawyers before hand and I can honestly say having Grainne and Yasmins support made a very emotional, difficult and stressful time much easier. Not only did they succeed in gaining me more precious time with my son, it was all settled outside of court saving further stress and money.
