        We are a small business and recently had a visit from the Home Office. We instructed One Source Solicitors to represent us with the Home Office to and also advise us on the HR requirements when applying non British/EU nationals. The service we received was great, they visited us at our offices and addressed the concerns they advised us on the requirements and how to make the relevant checks.         Poor service, no attention to detail, official documents littered with mistakes (both factual and typos). Complained to them but they dismissed it claiming they had given an "excellent" service.

        The service i recieved was substandard and frankly apuling. They treat you disgusting because some people are one vulnerable position due to immigration statues. The took my money and I still can't seem to justify where my 1000 went??? James short avoid like the plague he is condescending, ignorant, contancorous, argumentative and about all unprofessional. If you are not confident and articulate he uses this to his advantage to belittle you and make you think he has the power to do what he pleases as if you have no human rights. Honestly from one human being to another stay away from this company especially JAMES SHORT!!!!!!!
