        This is not a real office. It is only staffed occasionally. It seems to be just a ploy so that the company looks like it has an office in east london. They will give you a solicitor based elsewhere, and expect you to travel there. Very annoying and misleading.

        Solicitors are supposed to offer a signature witnessing service for a fixed fee. Twice I made an appointment to get this done and twice the person was not available. I fully realise that offering this service must be a nuisance for them, but it is better to say no that waist a lots of someones time!

        I've been quite patient with Howell Jones from a referral. I have asked for a simple quote and I cannot believe it has taken over 2 weeks through numerous solicitors, most telling me I've been directed to the wrong solicitor, and till now I've still not got my quote. It's an utter shame, but I will be seeking elsewhere now.
