I called Keith Flower Solicitor's to enquire about purchasing a leasehold flat. The lady did not understand basic questions I had regarding leaseholds and the legalities of purchasing the property. She then told me to ask my freeholder about any questions I had, which is quite frankly very wrong. A conveyancing solicitor should understand these basic questions. When I asked for a quote she would not proceed and give me one until I spoke to the freeholder. A complete waste of time calling. If you want a swift, knowledgeable conveyancing solicitor then I would not use the above.

I was introduced to Keith Flower via family friend. Saleem Chekera is exceptionally good at his job. He went above and beyond to support with the purchase of our family home. The sellers solicitor was extremely difficult to manage, given the stamp duty deadline was fast approaching, Salim was able to navigate through this to cross the line. 5 stars to Keith and especially Saleem! I have recently bought a house with Saleem acting as my conveyancing solicitor. It was a very complex transaction with numerous legal issues but each and every one of them was thoroughly investigated and dealt with expertly. Saleem has outstanding legal knowledge. I would very highly recommend him as a solicitor for his excellent work and help. All of the staff at the firm are approachable, diligent and helpful. The ease of online access to all legal documents with their very good ' IT set up' is an additional bonus.
