I called this solicitor early last week to make an urgent appointment and l was completely aback as to the Administrator could hardly speak English Anyway l made an appointment for today 2pm I gave the lady my email address twice and she also repeated it back to me and confirmed she would send me an email to confirm the appointment 2 days later l called again and another administrator answered stating it must have been her colleague who was not there l received no apology or any empathy whatsoever and therefore l stated that l no longer wanted the appointment I found this matter very humiliating especially coming from a supposedly reputable solicitors
