skn London Harrow Station Road

I'm due a refund for an appointment cancelled on the day itself by the clinic not me. Customers have a 72 hour cut off by the clinic can cancel whenever and then won't even return your deposit. I've sent 4 emails and called 3 times. This is unacceptable and left a really bad taste for the Harrow branch I'm sorry to say. Now the clinic appears closed for days on end and I don't know who to contact. I did as not even got an acknowledgement email and it's been 2weeks now, some would say that's a reasonable amount of the me to receive a response at the very least?

Paid for my son to have a consultation as he has severe acne. I am not sure of the qualifications of the 'consultant' he saw, but he was essentially sold a load of products, which would treat the dryness of his skin, but unlikely to treat his acne. He was informed that the GP prescribed creams and antibiotics wouldn't work on his severe acne (which is true, hence I booked a consultation with SK:N as a desperate alternative), but some how the products they sold him would be more beneficial. Needless to say after spending 170, his acne remains the same.

The consultation itself was very professional, I was able to get all the answers I needed and understood everything clearly on what to do next in terms of the treatment and progression of my skin condition.
