Providing a detailed report, in a timely manner, Lee has impressed us with his depth of knowledge gained in over 40 years in the construction industry. His professional approach and thoroughness were much appreciated. I would recommend him for his high level of expertise in construction matters.

This is an objective review. We appointed Lee as our party wall surveyor on two separate occasions, once for our loft conversion and the latter for our ongoing extensions. On both matters, he was extremely professional and replied promptly to our emails and calls, even during out of office hours. Lee also managed to annotate architectural plans, even though this is not his field of expertise. Firstly, Lee is an incredibly knowledgeable and down-to-earth human being. He will see each matter out to the end, with a high chance of satisfaction. With Lee, we managed to secure an award with a troublesome neighbour and their incompetent 'time-wasting to bump up fees' surveyor. As a result, we are delighted with the outcome. With many articles and party wall cases attributed to Lee online, he seems to be at the forefront and leader when it comes to interpreting the party wall act. His drafting and serving of our award, albeit reluctantly on an ex parte basis, demonstrates this. His fees were extremely reasonable, when in relation to the work he did for us over a period of 4 months to secure the well-written award. Lee is always calm throughout. Whilst we were in a panic, he was reassuring and alaid any fears. Also, Lee is very approachable and goes out of his way to make his clients happy. Not once did he mention his fees, which was paid after the cases were settled. Therefore, the negative review on this feed about him asking for a deposit is completely false. It seems as though party wall cases on their own merit interest him more. Just trust the man, trust the process. I'll recommend Lee's services to those that need him and will be using him on all our matters again in the future. Thank you, Lee. Not all heros wear a cape. 5/5
