        Had 2 get 2 busses to B&Q belvedere to be shown the machine with an out of order sign on it. Nothing mentioned on the website to say it's out of order. B&Q say it needs a motherboard and it's out of action more than it works and even then they said they wish it was gone. Waste of my time.

        Called customer service to see if the machine is operational. Nobody returned my call. The machine was indeed out of order. A bit of information on your website about which machine works would go a long way.

        is a smart key cutter, I made 2 different copies went very well. you pay with the card or cash, of course if you are a B&Q customer you can also use the membership card to have some benefits ... It is an easy procedure you arrange the key scans it and then you make the payment if you want you can receive the receipt by email. .. The keys that you still can't copy the machine will notify you immediately after scanning the key. If you have normal keys, I don't think you will have any difficulties. In my case I had a small key from a garage that didn't go to be scanned, that's because it didn't have such a model.
