        I have trained with this club for many years and am always impressed with the quality of the teaching and the thoroughness of the syllabus, in Kihon, Kumite and especially Kata. Quite often we have visiting black belts who haven't had exposure to the more advanced Kata that this club practices. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive and the social events are an added bonus - particularly the end-of-week/term curry nights!
