Totally professional, efficient and proactive. From prelim inspection, quotation, manufacture and installation, it was a very smooth journey. Windows look and work great. Special shout-out to Besa who made sure all of our requests/queries were dealt with promptly.

Very disappointed I have contacted this company over a month ago , they are quick to charge initial fee but once that is done. They didn't arrive on time for the first visit and after that there is no updates what's so ever till I have contacted them more than 8 times each time they say they will call back not even once kept their word.

We were struggling to close our garage doors which had slipped over time. I contacted MK Joinery on Saturday afternoon - when in theory they don't work - and the manager said he would come and see if he could fix it as he was a neighbour. It was unbelievably generous of him - and I can't recommend him highly enough!
